Pre - Production Log (week 7)

This week we were told that the first draft of our opening must be done by this coming Friday, because everybody's opening would be shown to the class, so that we can see everyone's progress. Unfortunately we haven't filmed anything yet, we were going to film this weekend, but Aran's house was not free and I had guests over at my house. So we decided that we would film everything on Monday, because our main character "Molly", who actually will be played by Sara can only film on Monday.

So im hoping we can get everything done by Tuesday, so that we can start to edit. I don't think editing will take too long. Me and Aran, are planning to come after school, so that we can get extra editing time. Therefore, if everything goes to plan from now on, we should be able to get our first draft done by Thursday or Friday.

On Friday we were also told, that we could not add anything extra to our blogs, because our pre - production work was being marked. The only thing we were aloud to put on was our pre - production logs. But I had to change all my old posts to pre - production, or they would not be marked. So changing them was time consuming.

Although on the other hand, we have have made our logo for the production company. Since we didn't have any footage to edit, we decided to make the logo and we got it done in one lesson, which was great.
